This is a Cold Air Inductions Carbon Fiber Intake. 

• One bolt for the MAF is broken in the fitting (see picture 3)
  
• The tube has been trimmed due to the car having a larger radiator.
  
• Does not include the clamps/hose needed to connect tube to throttle body
• Some rubbing on the housing near the backside. (see picture 4)
